IOM launches Global Migration Film Festival in Amsterdam
Amsterdam - From 5-18 December IOM is screening an astonishing number of migration related films in over 100 countries, from Sumatra to Sudan, from Dublin to Delhi and from Cairo to Cape Town.
The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is part of the United Nations System as the leading inter-governmental organization promoting since 1951 humane and orderly migration for the benefit of all, with 175 member states and a presence in over 100 countries. IOM has been active in Europe and Central Asia since 1990.
